SHIPPING & RETURNS

We do not deliver to RURAL addresses or PO BOXES either as the couriers doesn’t deliver. So just give us your address that lives in a town and then you can take over from there.

International orders are shipped using DHL Express or UPS Expeditied these shipping methods are fully tracked and traced. It takes 3-5 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Taking into consideration that it will not get stopped in customs. If our order has not arrived by then please email info@themvp.co.nz with your order number and contact details. We can offer faster shipping if you need your purchase sooner, so please email us and we will advise you of the extra costs...

Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. The Modest Vintage Player is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.

For shipments which are not accepted by the customer due to insuring local import duties and are returned back to us will not be refunded the shipping costs.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express), via our secure payment gateway PayPal,

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event goods are returned due to a fault or dispute - you will need to meet the cost of the return shipping to The Modest Vintage Player.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@themvp.co.nz and send your item to: 49 Mt Wellington Highway, Unit 10,  Auckland 1060, New Zealand.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to;

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
